Deadline to Submit Applications for the 2024 Faculty Mentoring Award

The Center for Faculty Excellence in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Affairs/Office of the Provost and the Carolina Women’s Leadership Council, invites you to honor the faculty mentors who have shaped your academic and professional journey. Nominate an outstanding faculty member today for a 2024 Faculty Mentoring Award.

For over a decade, the Faculty Mentoring Awards have celebrated faculty members who dedicate themselves to mentoring undergraduates, graduate students, and/or junior faculty.  Awards in each of these categories include a monetary award of $7000 (before tax) in addition to recognition at the annual Eve Carson Lecture and Reception.  Learn more about the CWLC Faculty Mentoring Awards and past Awardees here.

Any Carolina student, faculty, or staff member can nominate.
ALL faculty who serve as mentors both formally and informally are eligible.

Nominations are due by Friday, March 8, 2024.
