Using a site preservation grant from the AIA and as members of the Proyecto Arqueologíco Colaborativo del Oriente de Yucatán, Patricia McAnany and Sarah Rowe are working with Ivan Batún of the State Archives of the Yucatan on a collaborative archaeology project in Tahcabo focused on heritage issue awareness and promoting preservation strategies.
